I have been with this group for many years and have never experienced horrible customer service, UNTIL now. I went into the office knowing which frames I wanted, but needed to try a few others just to make sure that what I had chosen were the right ones for me. The man who was supposed to be "helping" me was much more concerned with the vendor who was bringing new frames into the office than with me. He seemed almost annoyed that I was interrupting by walking around looking for frames. I had to ask him to take the frames I had in my hands and he immediately went to sit back in his chair to peruse the frames that the vendor had. When it was time for me to try on, he was very judging in my selection and unhelpful when I asked if frames came in different colors (again, almost annoyed). I had every intention of purchasing two pairs of glasses that day but after dealing with this gentleman, I decided to cut my losses and only get one so that I didn't have to be there any longer. To be honest, both employees who were in the room with the frames were more concerned about chatting among themselves than helping customers. I've referred a number of people to this office in the past but will stop doing so immediately. After I get my new glasses (which I found out today will take two weeks), I will be switching offices.
